Please note that our optical lab is not responsible for any damage that may occur to frames older than 2 years. Due to the nature of aging materials, older frames may be more susceptible to cracking, warping, or breakage. 

All frames submitted to our lab are subject to inspection prior to processing. If a frame is deemed unsuitable for service, it will be rejected and a full refund will be issued to the customer.
