At ClearVue Optical Labs, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. Please review our return and refund policy below:

  1. Warranty-Based Refunds:
    Refunds will be issued only after the applicable product warranty has been used and deemed valid. If a replacement or repair is not possible under warranty, a refund will be processed accordingly.

  2. Frame Damage and Relensing:
    If a customer’s frame is too damaged to be safely re-lensed, a refund will be issued immediately upon inspection and verification by our team.

  3. Conditions:

    • All claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

    • Our team reserves the right to assess the condition of the frame and determine if relensing is possible.

    • Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 5–7 business days after approval.
